is when the food is served with the open bar with the calypso
player and YES...there is plenty of room to Dance!!

suggests the 2 hour location package, (one hour
wedding and one hour reception), Turquoise Sea Pkg for $995
+ $350 digital copyright or the Caribbean Breeze Pkg for three
hours including (one hour ceremony and two hours reception)at

always add a Video for $795 for two hour coverage and

Emerald Beach Best Resort located on beautiful Lindberg Bay, where the sunsets are
majestic, the ocean is prstine, and the sand is like sugar!!
For wedding parties of 25 or less, you may celebrate with with passed hors
d'oeuvres during a cocktail hour while the Fantasia Weddimgs professional
photographer completes the weddimg photos on the beach and your geusts are enjoyimg
an open bar with blended drinks ranging from $10-$15pp per hour.
For larger parties, you may want it ALL, a West Indian and BBQ buffet, open bar and
live music!
Our unique Caribbean Luau wedding reception is complete with live calypso music
where you " dance to the beat of the drums" with a full open bar with blended drinks
includimg favoriates such as Pina Colada, Pain Killers and Bushwackers or design yor
own troipical favorite! You are sure to enjoy a wedding experience to last a
lifetime!
The minimum for a reception buffet is 25 people in your wedding party and there are
many different menus to choose from such as a West Indian Buffet, BBQ and Seafood or
a combination of all three!
To Tast the "Caribbean Experience", A few favorite dishes combined from the BBQ and
the West Indian menus make a Perfect Caribbean Lu-Ou! Our Fantasia Wedding Planner
will be able to assit you in makimg your decision!
Start with passed appetizers such as coconut shrimp with guava sauce, Thai crab
cakes with Thai dipping sauce, Chicken sautee' on a stick with peanut sauce, stuffed
poratabella mushrooms and toasted brushetta at $39 pp.
Our West Indian and BBQ combination includes the traditional West Indian Johnny
cakes and plantain, (a sweet grilled banana), rice and peas, swordfish, grilled
Mahi Mahi, tasty BBQ Ribs and grilled chicken all as a part of the West Indian
buffet. Steamed mussels, Sea Food Pasta, Lobster Tail, and Salmon are options in the
seafood buffet. The buffets are priced at $45pp pr a combination at $55pp.
