Our Personalized Wedding Services

We design your wedding based on a high level of service, which begins on the day of our first conversation until the day of your wedding.

 

Level One.
Choose from one of our listed packages.		 Level Two.
We assist you in designing your own unique custom wedding by modifying our listed packages and options with our ala carte options. An additional $150 Consultation Fee is required. 		Level Three.
Ultimate Indulgence. Adding Specialized Cakes, Rehearsal Dinners, Entertainment, and other special requests. We bring Fantasy to Reality. Consultation Fee of $500
 All packages include the Bride and Groom.  
Extra guests require separate transportation and reception fees.  
Parties of 10 or more are an additionl $200 coordination and site fee.

To Design Your Own Unique Caribbean Ceremony, or to Enhance one of Our Fantasia Packages you may choose from our A La Carte selection.

 

ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE: A non-denominational wedding official and coordinator, a certified copy of your marriage license and a gold bordered commemorative marriage certificate, choice of recorded wedding music, and witnesses. Our exclusive " Just Married" Towel and Island Shell Necklaces are included in the  beach ceremonies only. A separate $100 marriage license fee is additional to each wedding package. This must be a separate money order or cashiers check made payable to the "SUPERIOR COURT OF THE VI" and is to accompany your documents and express mailed to the Fantasia office.

Your Ceremony takes place at our exclusive beach location under our Moroccan wedding tent or directly on the beach.   You receive the services of our Wedding Official (or religious ministry service, for a slight additional fee); the handling of your legal marriage license with court appointment secured before your arrival; one complimentary certified copy of your marriage license mailed directly to your home; private escorted Island Taxi transportation for bride and groom to and from the wedding site; champagne toast for Bride and Groom; our custom wedding vows printed as a keepsake; a gold bordered Marriage Certificate; softly romantic recorded music; a 50ft. tropical walkway for the bridal procession; and two strands of island eternity shell necklaces to wear or exchange during your vows as a memento.

Your Wedding is at the exclusive and private Belle Vista!  Overlooking the cruise ship harbor and accommodates up to 15 total. There is an additional fee for each guest over the Bride and Groom. There are 3 rooms in this quaint bed & Breakfast with unique Harbor views!

This is our most popular package!  Includes a Deluxe Video which consists of professional digital videography with wireless microphone. Your video  is finished with studio editing to include an award winning two minute scenic island opening. Your ceremony will be accompanied by a live acoustic guitarist and captured on our Customized Video with dissolves, slow motion and special music creating your special day just like a "movie". Fantasia's Refund Policy: Please note that it is hurricane season in the Caribbean from June to November and all cruise lines and airlines re-route their vessels or ships if they are likely to come into contact with the severe weather caused by hurricanes. Should this occur on your air or cruise carrier, Fantasia cannot take any responsibility for extra expense incurred by you due to re-scheduling or re-routing. We will give every possible assistance in finding an alternative date or destination but we cannot offer refunds. However, monies which have been paid may be utilized towards a re-scheduling of a wedding date with Fantasia. We recommend that you take out wedding insurance* to cover this unlikely eventuality.
