Fantasia Weddings and Events wants you to be able to afford the " Wedding of your
Dreams."! For this reason, we have a three part payment plan to assist you with the
costs of a destination wedding.
Your wedding and honeymoon along with family and friends will actual save you money
than renting the big hall in the dates and then you can also enjoy a wedding/vow
renewal, vacation and
honeymoon all in one trip!
That is what makes Destination Wedding so
popular.......especially the photos. The value and quality of photos on a Caribbean
Beach opposed to four walls in a hall is incomparable!!!
Our Fantasia Destination
Wedding Experts will assist you in the travel, hotel, cruise and reception details
along with your wedding....including the insurance of knowing your wedding day is
completely covered just is case something such as act "Act of God" happens to
interrupt your plans!
Fantasia Wedding Three Part Payment Schedule ( and incentives!)
#1.) For wedding parties of 25 or less a $250 deposit at the date of booking, 50%
two weeks from booking and the balance two weeks prior to the wedding date.
#2.) For wedding parties of 25 or more, there is a $500 deposit, 50% two weeks from
booking and 50% two weeks prior to the wedding date.
#3) To avoid the additional $200/$500 upfront deposit, we offer a two part payment
plan of 50% up front and 50% two weeks prior to the wedding date.
#4.) Full Payment up front receives a $250 value, (10% discount) for upgraded
services for weddings of $2500 or more as an incentive.
#5.) For the Full Ownership and photographers Copyright of all Digital Negatives
taken on the wedding day, $250 Cash is required on the wedding day.
#6.) All receptions at the Emerald Beach Resort must be paid three week prior to the
wedding.
#7.) Site fees for the Great House, Villa Botanica, Yachts and Villas must have a
50% deposit to hold and the balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the
wedding date.
All Payments to Fantasia Weddings must be made by Credit Card, (All cards accepted),
or Certified Check or US Postal Money Order. No Personal Checks are Accepted.
All services must be paid in full two weeks prior to the wedding day except the
$250 cash for the digital negatives of the wedding on the wedding day.
Policies:
Fantasia Weddings has a No Refund Policy, however,there is a Two, (2) year
rescheduling policy, based on the pre- paid wedding value only. Packages paid in
advance, may be sold to a family member or friend for the current value, and honored
only at the current prices for that year. Fantasia Weddings highly recommends to
purchase Wedding insurance through 1-800-ENGAGED or go to the link; "wedding
insurance " on our web site for "Wed-Safe".
Fantasia reserve the right to withhold a $250 penalty for wedding bookings with a
wedding contract which has been cancelled prior to signing the documents with a no
refund policy/no-rescheduling policy. A "Wedding Booking" is determined once a
credit card has been given to Fantasia Weddings to be charged.
Payments:
Fantasia Weddings accept all major credit cards, postal money orders, certified
checks, wire transfers and Cash only on the wedding day.
All Wedding Packages paid in full, receive an additional incentive.
All weddings must have a signed contract prior to the wedding date.
All final wedding payments must be made 30 days prior to the wedding date, including
the court fees , receptions fees and photographer fees.
All independent Photo Packages are paid by money order only to the photographer.
Fantasia Weddings will provide a separate contract.
$100 Court Fees are paid by postal money order only to the Superior Court.
$150 Court Fees apply to all court Holidays in addtion to the $100 court fee.
All reception fees are to be paid directly to the establishment hosting the
reception. Fantasia weddings will provide a separate contract.
It is highly suggested to purchase
wedding insurance for your wedding day which covers your entire trip, rings, dress,
photos, airfare and cruise. Please contact: 1-800-ENGAGED for your peace of mind on
