There are only two forms to fill out and sign and send overnight with a certified check or money order in the amount of $100 made payable to the Superior Court and any certified copies of Divorce decrees or death certificates. After the Fantasia office has received all documents and payment within 30 days of the wedding date, all you have to do is arrive and say "I Do" and bring your photo ID, (passport or drivers license).
